Claudia Burneo's work is suspended in the intersection between thought and lived experience. Her work explores the construction of reality; interactions between sensory experience and memory; electrical impulses jumping through synapses to become lush ecosystems inhabited by symbols and material bodies. Ideologically, her psychedelic landscapes have a perspective evocative of philosophy of ecology and pragmatically, political ecology.

Holds a BFA in Studio Arts and a minor in print media from Concordia University.
